Kade is amazingly verbal these days...and just like Kylee, I think I should start with my Kadeisms one of these days. :) He jumps back and forth between saying what you say (will explain shortly) and very much having his own ideas...pretty advanced concepts sometimes.
Yesterday, he had dinner and wanted some "cookies" (mini nilla wafers). He loves them because him and Charli sneak into the box at Charli's house and really think they are getting away with something. So, I got some and he found them. DH gave him some and he wanted some more. So, DH gave him some more (mind you maybe 4 at a time). So when he said he wanted more, I said "no, you had enough". He walked in the kitchen with his bowl where dh was knelt down. DH saw him and said "you want more cookies?" and Kade responded "no, I had enough". Better cherish those moments...not long before he'll jump at the idea that daddy will give him more!
Did I mention MIL is back? She got back in town last Wed. night....so the kids are loving that! I do have to say he has definitely changed since she left...and she is just getting used to the verbal explosion he made.

Altu: If you drink coffee, you will become dark like me.
Kade: I want coffee
Altu: You want to be dark like dida? If you drink coffee, you will be dark.
Kade: No, I get flashlight.

Seems like Kade has a "coffee" fixation. He wants to be just like mom, dad and dida?
He is a smart little whip, huh?
Certification courses for massage? I just finished mine for real estate - spent 3 days at GLVAR and got 24 credits - a marathon, but it's done.
I say hello to strangers sometimes & it's great to see the reaction, in fact, in an elevator it's a great way to get a conversation started.
