to health has made me post about this on here...publicly...so I can be held accountable. Sadly enough, I don't have enough gumption to just train myself (You would think since I was a personal trainer), so I am posting on here so that any and everyone who reads this (all 3 of you) will hold me accountable. I am thinking about posting before pictures...but I don't know that anyone's computer screens are that big. :)
I have done about 3 pilates classes now. It's with the machines and I have to say that dang...my quads got a workout yesterday! This is the style of pilates I'm doing. When you first walk in, the machines are REALLY intimidating. They are big and have crazy names like "reformer" and "cadillac". Gladly, they don't kill you the first session (although I think Mona had it in for me by the 3rd) and there is something both relaxing (I believe it has to do with all the deep breathing) and takes a ton of concentration and feedback about what all your different muscles are doing at the same time. If anyone is looking for a challenge, wants to increase their flexibility, reduce their stress, and is tired of the same old routine of the gym, I would highly recommend! Of course, ask me again after I get my butt kicked tomorrow!

Sweetheart - I just got caught up on all of your posts for the last 2 months. I am so glad you are putting health up there with your other 'goals' for this year. (I have too) Good health just radiates into all parts of your life.
It does sound like Kade is ready to start potty training. Just think, after it's over - no more diapers! What a big boy he is!!
I think I'll look into Pilates.
Love You Always,
Mom
